Love is certainly in the air for one watch maker as reports reveal Swatch are enticing customers with numerous delicious items ahead of the 14th of February.

This includes a number of different campaigns that are set to cause a flutter among consumers in the UK with the launch of a boutique pop up store in Oxford Street, London. Situated close to Marble Arch in the heart of central London, it is already causing a stir among tourists and locals.

In addition to this, they are all ready to launch a contest and then there’s their bespoke 2013 timepiece which has been specially designed for the big day.

It’s supposed to invoke those head over heels sensations which has now transcended across horology. Entitled “A La Folie,” the interior of the store has been decked out in pink and white in order to reflect the colours of this bright, attractive watch.

Beauty as they say is definitely in the eye of the beholder. Look a little closer and you will find a clear window that’s designed in the shape of a heart, while visible dial mechanisms and coloured components shout out emotion and gorgeousness.

In fact, they have kitted out the shop window as a tribute to their individual Valentine’s day watch. It’s an altogether different kind of love affair which has already caused many people’s hearts to skip a beat.

There are numerous watches on display in store from their SS13 range featuring watches with unique denim straps as well as funky little neon numbers and even Aztec prints.

Meanwhile, if you want to get into the romantic mood, then don’t let me stop you! If you head down to the store, you can take advantage of an official Swatch kissing booth for smoochers.

If you want to be in it to win it, there will also be an opportunity to win one of their exclusive Valentine’s watches. So pucker up, it could be you.

But what’s happening when they call time on another Valentine’s Day? Well, it turns out from the middle of the month; they are intending to transform the space into an artistic milieu.

If you are a watch aficionado or an art lover, you will have the chance to indulge your own passions thanks to a wide variety of live art shows taking place in-store.

Swatch have really upped their game when it comes to the love stakes. Devoted followers have actually been requested to show their heartfelt feelings for one another by sending in tweets and messages to the site.

The top five statements of love will go into an ad for the brand whilst winners will bag a complimentary Swatch to take away.

But wait, there is more. The person who types the sexiest tweet (obviously above board!) will walk away with a travel voucher worth up to £4000.

Maybe the Beatles were right, maybe all you need is love.
