About Elizabeth Doerr

Born in Michigan, Elizabeth Doerr fell under the spell of watchmaking on her very first visit to Baselworld in 1991. She was the author and editor of Wristwatch Annual for more than 10 years, and has also been a regular contributor to many other specialist publications worldwide and in the United States in particular for almost 20 years. Her articles are now read by millions of people and appear in a variety of newspapers and magazines as well as online, including on the Swiss portal Worldtempus.com. She now lives in Karlsruhe, Germany.
